Requirements
Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 3 - 5 years experience.
Willingness to complete Asa Luxe Method, pathway, retention, data, safety, and modality-specific certification.
Other Requirements:Recognized fitness, Pilates, strength, wellness coaching, or related qualification appropriate to assigned modalities; current CPR/first-aid certification preferred or required by company policy.
Demonstrated coaching presence, safe cueing, exercise modification, group management, and client communication skills.
Ability to interpret basic progress information within coaching scope and explain it clearly without diagnosing or prescribing medical treatment.
Comfort using scheduling, attendance, progress-tracking, client relationship, and reporting systems.
