Banker, Executive (Kaduna)

Position Overview

To actively promote a relationship-centric offering by serving as a dedicated primary point of contact for Executive Banking segment customers, delivering banking solutions that address their needs in accordance with specified value propositions.

Key Responsibilities


Attract and onboard new accounts while cross-selling additional products and services aligned with customer needs by identifying and referring sales leads to other business stakeholders
Expand the Executive Banking new-to-bank customer base, balance sheet, and income statements in line with strategic business objectives
Nurture, solidify, and grow each client relationship annually while managing risk per client to ensure consistent portfolio growth and returns for the bank
Address customer requests diplomatically and within established service level agreements (SLAs), without compromising client or bank interests/reputation
Advocate for and proactively offer a range of banking products and solutions to meet the financial needs of executive banking customers


Qualifications


BSc in any Business or Commerce-related discipline


Experience


Minimum 3 years' experience in sales and relationship management of customers, with the ability to drive profitability and build relationships. Demonstrated sales track record in the financial services industry. Comprehensive knowledge of the bank's products, services, and digital platforms.
