Actively promote a relationship-focused approach by serving as a dedicated primary contact for branch customers, offering banking solutions that align with personal banking segment value propositions. Deliver efficient personal banking services and support to a portfolio of branch-based clients across gold, silver, and blue segments. Achieve expansion, cost management, and customer retention targets through proactive call planning and active cross-selling. Provide basic day-to-day services to branch customers.

Key Duties


Proactively identify cross-selling opportunities within your customer portfolio to maximize lifecycle opportunities. Follow segment value proposition and sales targets to prioritize products from both bank and customer perspectives
Conduct needs assessments with new and existing customers to ensure identified product opportunities are appropriate for meeting customer needs and priorities.
Educate customers on the benefits of using self-service channels (Internet Banking, ATMs & Mobile Banking) to empower them and minimize ad hoc service requests. Assist with migrating customers to self-service channels when appropriate.


Qualifications

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in any field

Experience


3-4 years of banking experience, preferably in customer-facing roles.
Strong background in relationship management.
Proven track record in maintaining high service standards.
Experience in successfully completing credit applications
