Job Title: Business Manager
Location: Lagos / Ibadan - Oyo
Job Summary
Bernol Services Limited is seeking an experienced Business Manager to oversee the commercial and operational performance of our Lagos operations — managing sales, logistics coordination, and client relationships to drive revenue growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the Lagos business unit's strategic and revenue plans
Oversee the sales, business development, and logistics/dispatch teams
Manage key supermarket and distributor accounts directly
Monitor P&L performance, cost control, and operational KPIs
Ensure regulatory compliance for import/wholesale operations
Report business performance and forecasts to senior management/ownership
RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA an advantage)
Minimum of 5 years' experience in business/commercial management, ideally in FMCG, wholesale, or distribution
Demonstrated experience managing sales and logistics teams
Strong financial acumen and P&L management experience
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
RemunerationCompetitive, commensurate with experience.
