We are seeking a passionate and creative Catering and Culinary Graduate to join our dynamic food service team. The ideal candidate will assist in menu planning, food preparation, and event catering while learning the operational and creative aspects of professional culinary management.

Researching and developing new menu items, flavors, and products Improving, enhancing and monitoring existing products Gathering customer insights through surveys, online research, food bloggers, and other sources Staying up-to-date on industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activity New recipes that can intrigue new customers Ideas for current product improvement Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and service areas.

Participate in inventory management and procurement of kitchen supplies. Uphold hygiene, safety, and quality standards in all food handling processes.

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Catering, Culinary Arts, Food Science and Technology, or Hospitality Management. Proficiency in MS Office Suites (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)for documentation, costing, and reporting. Strong communication skillsfor effective teamwork and client interaction. Basic knowledge of food costing and budgeting. Attention to detail and commitment to hygiene standards. Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills. Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
