 Job Title: Centre Operations  Manager

Location: 17, Oguntade street, Super bus-stop, Abule-Egba, Orile-Agege, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Centre Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of our academy operations, ensuring smooth coordination across staff, facilities, learners, and projects. This role requires a strong leader who can manage people, processes, and resources efficiently, while maintaining a high standard of service delivery and operational excellence.


Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the centre, ensuring efficiency and smooth workflow across all departments Manage staff schedules, performance, and overall team coordination Ensure facilities, equipment, and resources are well-maintained and adequately stocked Coordinate with instructors, learners, and clients to ensure quality service delivery Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and standards Monitor budgets, expenses, and resource allocation for the centre Reporting administrative duties including record-keeping, reporting, and documentation Address operational issues, resolve conflicts, and escalate matters where necessary Ensure compliance with health, safety, and organizational regulations Liaise with management to align centre activities with overall business goals

Qualifications & Skills Needed

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in operations or centre/facility management Proven leadership and team management experience Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and basic record-keeping/reporting tools Strong budgeting and resource management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities Prior experience in an academy, training centre, or similar service-based environment is an advantage.


Salary
