Job Description
We are looking for experienced and target-driven Commercial Banking Officers to drive business growth, customer acquisition, deposit mobilization, and revenue generation.
Key ResponsibilitiesDrive deposit mobilization and achieve assigned growth targets.
Identify and acquire new customers While maintaining
strong relationships With existing clients.
Aggressively market the Bank's products and services to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Cross-sell and up-sell banking products to maximize profitability.
Monitor Customer portfolios and ensure excellent service delivery.
Prepare business performance reports and perform other duties as assigned.
RequirementsBachelor's Degree in any relevant discipline.
3-5 years' experience in Commercial Banking, Business Development, Sales, or Relationship Management.
Proven track record in deposit mobilization and customer acquisition.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Results-oriented with the ability to meet targets.
