Responsibilities
Meet with clients to understand project goals, requirements, and budget.
Develop architectural concepts, sketches, and detailed design plans.
Prepare construction drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
Ensure designs comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations.
Coordinate with structural, mechanical, electrical, and civil engineers.
Review project feasibility, site conditions, and environmental impacts.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
Monitor construction progress and conduct site inspections to ensure quality and compliance.
Address design changes and resolve technical issues during construction.
Present design proposals to clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.
SalaryN200,000 - N300,000 per month.
