Our client is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Consumer Lending Officer to drive the growth of its consumer lending portfolio. This role is ideal for professionals with a passion for sales, business development, and relationship management.

Drive the acquisition of new customers for the bank's consumer loan products. Generate quality loan applications and manage the lending process from application to disbursement. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers through strategic marketing and referrals. Provide customers with accurate information on loan products and eligibility requirements. Ensure compliance with the bank's lending policies and regulatory guidelines. Meet and exceed monthly sales and loan disbursement targets. Maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

B.Sc. or HND in any discipline. Minimum of 1 year of experience in consumer lending, retail banking, sales, or financial services. Strong business development and customer acquisition skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision. Maximum age: 35 years.
