The Digital Marketer will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate leads, attract customers, and drive revenue.
The successful candidate will use digital platforms, online advertising, email marketing, and analytics tools to achieve the company’s marketing objectives.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement digital marketing strategies.
Plan and execute online advertising campaigns across relevant platforms.
Manage and optimise paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Google, and LinkedIn.
Collaborate with content creators and social media personnel to develop engaging marketing content.
Manage email marketing campaigns and customer communication.
Support website content updates and search engine optimisation (SEO).
Identify online channels for lead generation and customer acquisition.
Monitor website traffic, campaign performance, and online engagement.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs and digital marketing opportunities.
Track advertising expenditure and ensure campaigns deliver value.
Analyse campaign data and recommend improvements.
Prepare weekly and monthly digital marketing reports.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Number of qualified leads generated.
Cost per lead and customer acquisition cost.
Website traffic and conversion rate.
Return on advertising spend (ROAS), where applicable.
Email campaign performance.
Digital campaign revenue and overall marketing ROI.
Qualifications and Requirements
HND or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
Practical knowledge of digital advertising platforms.
Understanding of SEO, email marketing, and online lead generation.
Ability to use digital analytics tools.
Strong analytical, creative, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of graphic design or video editing is an advantage.
