Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
• Provide accurate information on products and services.
• Handle complaints professionally and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Assist in creating and managing content for the company’s social media pages.
• Engage potential customers and prospects through online platforms.
• Support the sales and marketing team with customer-related insights.

Requirements

• Minimum of an OND qualification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be female and reside around Ajah/Lekki axis (only applicants in this location will be considered).
• Proven ability to use social media platforms effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Prior customer service experience is an added advantage.

Salary
N100,000 Monthly. (No Accommodation)
