Job Summary
We are looking to recruit energetic and results-driven Field Sales Assistants to join our growing sales team.
Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and approach prospective customers within assigned territories.
Promote and sell the company's products and services.
Generate new leads and expand the customer base.
Provide market feedback and report sales activities to the Territory Sales Representative (TSR).
Meet assigned sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
RequirementsMinimum of a School Certificate (SSCE) or Ordinary National Diploma (OND).
Previous sales experience is an added advantage but not mandatory.
Passionate about sales and achieving targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, energetic, and willing to work in the field.
Good knowledge of the local environment and surrounding communities.
Ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships.
