Job Summary
We are looking for energetic, customer-focused, and result-driven Brand Ambassadors to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for promoting our products, driving sales, increasing brand visibility, and building strong relationships with customers across assigned outlets.
Key ResponsibilitiesPromote and sell the company's products to customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and outlet managers.
Achieve and exceed assigned monthly sales targets.
Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on product features and benefits.
Ensure products are properly displayed and merchandised in assigned outlets.
Monitor stock levels and promptly report stock shortages or product-related issues.
Register and visit assigned outlets using the company's Sales Force Automation (SFA) application.
Submit accurate daily sales and activity reports.
Gather customer feedback and provide market intelligence to Management.
Maintain a professional appearance and represent the company positively at all times.
RequirementsMinimum qualification: SSCE or OND.
Previous experience in sales, merchandising, or brand promotion is an added advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Basic knowledge of smartphone applications and digital reporting tools.
Must be honest, reliable, self-motivated, and customer-oriented.
Compensation & BenefitsMonthly Salary: ₦75,000
