Role Overview

• We are seeking a well-organized and professional Front Desk Officer to serve as the first point of contact for clients and guests.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing reception duties, handling inquiries, and ensuring a seamless client experience at the spa.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Manage client check-ins, appointments, and service schedules.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of appointments and payments.
• Coordinate communication between departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Uphold front desk appearance and ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements

• OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in front desk or customer service role (preferably in a spa, hotel, or hospitality setting).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and appointment management systems.
• Must be smart, organized, and customer-oriented.
• Must reside in Abuja.
