Job Title: Senior HR Generalist

Responsibilities

• Talent Management: Oversees all aspects of recruitment, selection, and onboarding for technical and operational roles, developing talent pools to meet operational demands.
• Compensation & Benefits: Administers payroll, develops competitive compensation plans, and manages employee benefits in line with company policy and market trends.
• Training & Development: Identifies training needs, designs development programs, and coordinates workshops to enhance employee skills and address performance gaps.
• Employee Relations & Engagement: Acts as a point of contact for employee concerns, manages disciplinary processes, and implements initiatives to foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Policy & Compliance: Develops, updates, and ensures adherence to HR policies, procedures, and labor laws, conducting audits to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
• Performance Management: Implements and manages performance appraisal systems, supports managers in setting KPIs, and monitors performance trends to recommend improvement strategies.
• Strategic Planning: Develops and implements HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company's overall business strategy to support business needs through effective human capital management.
• HR Information Systems (HRIS): Manages and maintains HR systems and databases to ensure accurate records, track metrics, and provide data for decision-making.
• Manpower Planning: Collaborates with department heads to forecast staffing needs, plan for talent availability, and ensure the right personnel are in place for operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a B.Sc Degree with 5 - 7 years work experience.
