DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES.


Supervise the volume of cash in circulation and vault - ensure swift evacuation of excess cash to the HUB and arrange for temporary insurance coverage when overnight vault cash limit is surpassed.
Guarantee the Supply of cash for all Agencies / QSPs functioning as mini branches
Facilitate the provision of equipment such as Note counting machines, ATM machines, computer systems etc. when and where necessary
Authorize salaries and payment schedules on I-Teller.
Oversee transfers including inter and intra bank transfers, NEFT, foreign transfers (CREMIT) on Payment HUB or IBPS.
Handle PTA/BTA, FORM A, FORM Q processing on Payment HUB or IBPS after customer application on TRMS workflow and request approval.
Manage and approve collections transactions across all collection platforms (paydirect, first collect, E-bills etc)
Submit monthly proof of accounts to ICEG
Track and regularize all nilling accounts -PROXY, unapplied inward cheques, unpaid cheques, salary holding suspense etc.
Supervise/monitor FD and Treasury bills bookings
Provide Cash count certificates as requested by ICEG
Oversee the reconciliation of all Tellers and ATM till.
Ensure branch ATMs are consistently operational; In case of malfunctions, implement timely and efficient solution management measures. Conduct FLM but if unable to resolve, log issues against ATM support and follow up for resolution.
