Head Of IT

Guide the organization's technology-related strategy and initiatives.
Anticipate and address the company's technological requirements and challenges.
Examine data and communicate with the Board, CEO, and Executive members.
Support the company in leveraging technological advancements and enhancing information processing methods.
Establish goals and strategies for the Information Technology Department.
Choose and implement appropriate technology to enhance internal operations and maximize strategic benefits.
Develop and customize technological systems and platforms to enhance customer experiences.
Coordinate the implementation of new systems and provide guidance to IT professionals and other staff within the organization.
Supervise the organization's technological infrastructure (Network and Computer systems) to ensure optimal performance.
Manage and organize IT-related projects.
Stay informed about technological advancements to identify potential competitive advantages for the company.
Evaluate the costs, value, and risks of information technology to advise Management and recommend necessary actions.


EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS


Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Master's degree or relevant certification is considered an advantage.
ITIL Expert certification is also beneficial.


EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS


At least 10 years of experience in financial services, including Banking and Pensions.
Demonstrated experience as a CIO or in a similar managerial role.
Comprehensive knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure.
Experience in designing/developing IT systems and planning IT implementation.
Strong understanding of data analysis, budgeting, and business operations.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.


Knowledge Requirements:


In-depth understanding of financial services, including Banking and Pensions.
Familiarity with the company's policies, product manuals, and procedures.
