Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Administrator located in Lagos State, Nigeria.
• The Human Resources Administrator will be responsible for overseeing HR functions, administering employee benefits, managing HR Information Systems (HRIS), and ensuring compliance with labor and employment law.
• Day-to-day tasks include employee recruitment, policy implementation, HR record-keeping, and resolution of employee relations issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Expertise in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Proficiency in Benefits Administration
• Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
• Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous.
