The Internal Control Officer will carry out internal audit functions and promote a ‘control culture’ within the organisation.

Verification of spare parts received from Headquarters Review opening and closing of job cards Observe the stocktake of Motor vehicles and spare parts Review stocktake report for Motor vehicles and spare parts Carry out reconciliation of Motor vehicles Verify receipts and lodgments Observe cash count Check imprest for reimbursement Spot–check of spare parts in store and compare with the records Verify motor vehicles released to customers or transferred to the branches Verify after-sales technician Incentives Gate pass issued are reviewed I.O.U retirement by workshop/ Admin Check payment vouchers presented for reimbursement-payback, refund,petty cash Supervise and review operations of other eastern locations

Who are you?

Energetic for physical work Integrity Exhibits strong colleagues & customer service skills. Demonstrates solid organisational abilities. Smart and Presentable Demonstrates strong leadership skills. Possesses basic computer skills.

First degree in Accounting/Finance or related field Sound and practical knowledge of Microsoft NAV and Excel Relevant professional certifications e.g. Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA), Minimum of 2 - 3 years working experience.
