Maintain accurate financial records and accounting entries.
Manage invoices, purchase orders, expenses, and supporting documentation.
Perform reconciliations and maintain proper financial records.
Prepare periodic financial reports and management summaries.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Monitor expenses and identify financial discrepancies or irregularities.
Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal controls.
Provide financial insights to support management decision-making.
RequirementsBachelor's Degree / HND in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 3years' relevant experience.
Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
High level of integrity and confidentiality.
Experience in retail, e-commerce, FMCG, or a similar industry is an added advantage.
