Job Description
We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented Inventory Officer to manage inventory operations, stock records and warehouse controls.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage receipt, storage, issuance and dispatch of raw materials, finished goods and consumables.
Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP/inventory management software.
Conduct stock counts, reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
Track inventory by batch/lot number and storage location.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with Production, Procurement, Quality Control and Finance.
Ensure proper documentation, traceability, warehouse organisation and compliance with inventory control procedures.
RequirementsOND/HND/Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Accounting, Business Administration or a related discipline.
Must have 2–3 years’ experience in inventory or warehouse management.
Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, food processing or commodity trading preferred.
Hands-on experience with Odoo Inventory or other ERP/inventory management software is strongly preferred.
Good Microsoft Excel, numerical analysis, stock reconciliation and reporting skills.
Strong attention to detail, integrity and accountability.
