Summary
We're hiring a maintenance technician (electrical / general) for our hotel in Lekki.
The role covers electrical repairs and general facility upkeep across rooms and public areas.
We need someone hands-on and reliable who can fix problems fast with little supervision.
ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and fix electrical faults in guest rooms, public areas, etc.
Handle wiring, sockets, lighting, distribution boards, and fault tracing
Monitor power systems, including generator, changeover, and inverter/UPS
Carry out general repairs, such as minor plumbing fixes, fittings, minor carpentry, and AC support
Respond quickly to guest room issues and keep a log of work done
Run routine inspections to catch faults before they become breakdowns
Work with vendors on specialized repairs like elevator and water treatment.
RequirementsTrade test, OND, or proven hands-on experience in electrical and general maintenance
At least 3 years on the job; hotel or facility experience is a plus
Good understanding of electrical systems
Comfortable with generator and changeover operation
Able to handle minor repairs beyond electrical
Reliable, honest, and able to work shifts including weekends.
