Job Description
Website Management & Direct Bookings: Optimizing the hotel's website for mobile devices and search engines so users can easily and securely make reservations
Social Media & Content Strategy: Showcasing the hotel’s rooms, dining, and amenities through engaging photos, videos, and targeted campaigns across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
Online Reputation Management: Monitoring and responding to guest reviews on sites like TripAdvisor, Google, and Booking.com, etc, as these heavily influence revenue.
Campaign Execution: Create promotional packages to boost occupancy during off-peak seasons.
Market Analysis: Monitor competitor pricing, industry trends, and identify high-value demographics (e.g., corporate travellers, weddings, and MICE)
Search Engine Optimization (SEO & SEM): Improving organic search rankings and managing pay-per-click (PPC) ads on platforms like Google to attract users actively searching for local accommodations.
OTAs Management: Create more OTAs and manage the existing ones.
Qualification
