This is a 6-month intensive traineeship designed to equip fresh graduates with practical and strategic skills across key business functions within the marketing and technology space.
The program includes:Classroom training
Hands-on field experience
Rotation across multiple departments
Mentorship from experienced professionals
Job Responsibilties
A typical day on the job will involve.
Engaging in solving real-life business challenges and participating in daily operations, meetings, and projects.
Learning and observing from experienced staff members, gaining knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes.
Completing assigned tasks, preparing documents, updating records, and fulfilling requirements and goals set for the traineeship.
QualificationsMust possess minimum of BSc / HND in Philosophy, Sociology, Psychology, Economics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Marketing, Mass Communication, Accounting, Business Administration or any related field.
Good written and oral communication skills.
Age range: 19-25 years
0 - 1 year of work experience, with completion of NYSC
Minimum of 2.1
Strong practical intelligence and problem-solving skills
Willingness to learn and share ideas
Street smart.
