Job Title: Nursery Teacher
Location: Ogba, Lagos

We are seeking a caring, patient and enthusiastic Nursery Teacher to provide a safe, stimulating and engaging learning environment for young children. The successful candidate will support children's early learning, social development and emotional well-being while maintaining effective communication with parents and the school team.
Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities for nursery pupils. Create a warm, safe and engaging classroom environment. Teach foundational concepts including literacy, numeracy, colours, shapes and basic social skills. Use play-based and practical learning activities to support children's development. Monitor pupils' academic, social and emotional development. Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments and pupils' progress. Manage classroom routines and behaviour appropriately. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding pupils' progress and welfare. Participate in school activities, events and meetings. Work collaboratively with other teachers and school staff.
Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum of an NCE, OND, HND or Bachelor's degree in Education, Early Childhood Education or a related field. Previous experience teaching nursery or early-years pupils is an advantage. Good understanding of early childhood learning and development. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, creativity and genuine interest in working with young children. Ability to maintain a structured and child-friendly classroom.
