About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of a fine-dining restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant or hospitality management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
Supervise and coordinate restaurant staff, including front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene, and customer service.
Ensure guests receive an exceptional fine-dining experience.
Monitor inventory, procurement, stock control, and food and beverage costs.
Manage staff schedules, attendance, performance, and training.
Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally.
Monitor operational expenses, sales performance, and profitability.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, health standards, and internal policies.
Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain service quality and operational efficiency.
Develop and implement processes that improve productivity, service delivery, and customer satisfaction.
RequirementsInterested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree or HND with 3 years experience.
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, Operations Manager, or in a similar hospitality leadership role.
Previous experience in fine dining or a high-end restaurant is strongly preferred.
Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, food and beverage service, inventory management, and cost control.
Excellent leadership, communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage teams, resolve operational challenges, and maintain high service standards.
Customer-focused mindset with a strong understanding of guest experience.
Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and hospitality standards.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required.
Must live in or close to Chevron, Lekki, Lagos, and be able to commute conveniently to the restaurant.
SalaryN250,000 / Month.
