Job Title: Restaurant Manager

As a Restaurant Manager at our Restaurant,you will be the driving force behind the seamless operation of our restaurant. You will lead a team of dedicated staff, oversee day-to-day operations, and ensure that our guests receive top-notch service and enjoy exceptional cuisine. Your leadership will play a pivotal role in maintaining our restaurant's reputation for excellence.

Lead and inspire the restaurant staff, including servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence. Manage daily restaurant operations, including reservations, seating arrangements, and guest interactions. Ensure high standards of customer service by training and developing staff and addressing customer feedback and concerns. Oversee inventory management, ordering, and cost control to meet budgetary goals. Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain food quality, presentation, and consistency. Maintain a safe and clean restaurant environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain guests. Handle administrative tasks such as financial reporting and performance analysis.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree/HNDqualification with 5- 9 years work experience. Proven experience in restaurant management, with a track record of success in a similar role. Exceptional leadership and team-building skills. Strong customer service orientation and the ability to create memorable guest experiences. Knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management, cost control, and financial reporting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment. Proficiency in restaurant management software. Food safety certification is a plus.
