Summary
We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee daily production activities and ensure operational efficiency within the manufacturing process.
The ideal candidate will coordinate production schedules, manage teams, monitor quality standards, and ensure timely delivery of products while maintaining workplace safety and productivity.
Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and supervise daily production operations.
Monitor production output and ensure quality standards are met.
Coordinate production staff and workflow efficiency.
Ensure proper maintenance and utilization of production equipment.
Minimize production downtime and operational delays.
Implement safety and compliance procedures within the production environment.
Prepare production reports and performance evaluations.
RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Production Management, Industrial Technology, or related fields
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in production or manufacturing management.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets.
SalaryN300,000 - N350,000 monthly.
