Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor – Blow Moulding to oversee daily production activities, ensure efficient machine operations, maintain quality standards, and achieve production targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise blow moulding production activities and production staff.
Monitor production output, machine performance, and product quality.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Coordinate shift activities and resolve production issues.
Minimize downtime, waste, and production losses.
Prepare production reports and maintain accurate records.
Train and supervise production operators.
RequirementsMinimum of HND in Engineering, Production, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in plastics production.
At least 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role.
Hands-on experience in blow moulding operations.
Willingness to work rotating shifts.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
SalaryN400,000 – N500,000 per month.
