Job Summary
As a Recruitment Account Intern, you will support recruitment delivery, candidate management, verification, client relationship management, and business development activities to ensure quality service delivery and achievement of assigned targets.
ResponsibilitiesSupport end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, and candidate profile preparation.
Prepare, format, and publish job descriptions across approved recruitment channels, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, candidate records, verification updates, and recruitment reports while ensuring compliance with company processes and data protection requirements.
Support client account management by monitoring recruitment timelines, responding to client feedback, tracking deliverables, and maintaining professional stakeholder communication.
Support business development activities by identifying prospective clients, following up on leads, exploring upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and contributing to assigned revenue and client retention targets.
RequirementsA Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
Strong interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, client relationship management, and business development.
Good communication, organisational, interpersonal, and candidate assessment skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and online recruitment platforms; familiarity with ATS or HRIS tools is an advantage.
Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, willingness to learn, and ability to work towards deadlines and performance targets.
SalaryN100,000 Monthly Net.
