They are seeking an experienced, customer-focused, and results-driven Sales Representative to join their team at their Garden City Mall, Port Harcourt store. The Sales Representative will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience and shopping experience while driving sales, maintaining excellent product presentation, managing inventory accurately, and representing the company brand with professionalism and integrity.

Welcome customers warmly and provide personalised assistance based on their needs and preferences. Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty. Drive sales by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable products. Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets. Maintain excellent product knowledge, including product features, materials, craftsmanship, care instructions, and brand heritage. Professionally handle customer enquiries, complaints, exchanges, and returns in line with company policies. Participate actively in promotional campaigns, product launches, and in-store marketing activities. Ensure merchandise is displayed attractively in line with company visual merchandising standards. Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming shopping environment. Uphold the luxury image of the brand through professional appearance, excellent grooming, and outstanding customer service. Receive, inspect, and accurately record stock deliveries. Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment. Maintain accountability for stock assigned to the store. Participate in stock counts, inventory audits, and loss prevention activities. Promptly report stock discrepancies or inventory issues. Process sales transactions accurately using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system. Issue receipts and maintain accurate transaction records. Prepare daily sales reports and maintain customer records where required. Provide feedback on customer preferences, buying trends, and competitor activities. Represent Gene Bendi professionally at all times. Demonstrate discretion, courtesy, and professionalism, especially when serving high-profile customers. Participate in training programmes to continuously improve product knowledge and customer service skills.

Qualifications & Experience

B.Sc. or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related discipline. Completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC). Minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience in retail sales. Experience in luxury, premium, fashion, footwear, or lifestyle retail will be an added advantage. Good knowledge of customer service principles and sales techniques. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Experience using POS systems and retail management software. Strong numerical skills with excellent attention to detail.
