Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accountant (ICAN Graduate) with strong experience in projects and operational finance to join our team.
The ideal candidate will possess solid accounting knowledge, hands-on project exposure, and the ability to support financial reporting and performance across fleet/logistics and manufacturing environments.
Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and manage accurate financial records, reports, and statements for project-based and operational activities.
Support project accounting functions including budgeting, cost tracking, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Monitor financial performance of ongoing projects and provide insights for cost control and profitability improvement.
Collaborate with operations, logistics, and production teams to ensure alignment of financial data with project outcomes.
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, company policies, and accounting standards.
Support internal and external audit processes, ensuring proper documentation and timely resolution of audit queries.
Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Utilize ERP/accounting systems (e.g., SAP) for transaction processing and reporting.
Provide financial analysis and reporting to support business decisions.
RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
ICAN qualified or at advanced stage (mandatory).
Minimum of 7–10 years’ relevant accounting experience, preferably with exposure to projects, logistics, or manufacturing environments.
Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and cost management.
Hands-on experience with ERP/accounting systems (e.g., SAP).
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (analysis, reporting, and modeling).
High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and analytical skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
