Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager / Content Creator to join our fashion retail team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content strategies, creating product-focused photo and video content, and managing our online presence across multiple social media platforms.
The successful candidate should have strong skills in photography, videography, video editing, and digital marketing, with the ability to showcase shoes, watches, and fashion accessories in a visually appealing way that drives brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and customer conversion.
Create high-quality photo and video content featuring shoes, watches, and accessories.
Plan and execute product shoots, promotional campaigns, and lifestyle content.
Capture professional product photography and videos for marketing purposes.
Edit videos and images using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, Canva, or similar software.
Manage and grow the brand's presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and other relevant platforms.
Create and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and strategic posting.
Write engaging captions, product descriptions, and promotional content.
Develop creative ideas for product launches, campaigns, and seasonal promotions.
Monitor social media performance and provide regular analytics reports.
Stay updated on fashion trends, social media trends, and digital marketing strategies.
Engage with customers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries professionally and promptly.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create campaigns that increase brand awareness and sales.
Ensure all content aligns with the brand's identity, style, and messaging.
RequirementsMinimum of 3–5 years of experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, Digital Marketer, or similar role.
Strong photography and videography skills, especially for fashion or product content.
Proficiency in video editing and graphic design tools such as CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar platforms.
Experience creating content for fashion, retail, lifestyle, or e-commerce brands is an added advantage.
Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and other social media platforms.
Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
Ability to create visually appealing content that attracts and engages customers.
Strong communication, creativity, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
Must be proactive, creative, detail-oriented, and available for immediate employment.
