Requirements
Qualification or certification in Special Education or related field
Experience or open to learning to work with children with diverse learning needs
Strong patience, empathy, and adaptability
Ability to understand and implement individualized learning plans (IEPs)
Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive, and structured environment.
