They are seeking an experienced and proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its Human Resources team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment, attracting top talent, and partnering with business leaders to meet the bank's workforce needs. This role requires a recruitment professional with experience in the financial services sector who can thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition to onboarding. Partner with hiring managers to understand talent requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. Source qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, recruitment agencies, and other sourcing channels. Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to identify the best talent. Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate the selection process with hiring managers. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Prepare and present recruitment reports, hiring metrics, and market insights. Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and candidate engagement. Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Support employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality talent. Ensure all recruitment activities comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Continuously improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and reduce time-to-hire.

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline. Minimum of 5 years' experience in Talent Acquisition or  Recruitment. Proven recruitment experience within a microfinance bank, commercial bank, financial institution, or consulting firm. Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth organization. Strong expertise in sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, referrals, and direct search methods. Hands-on experience managing multiple vacancies across different business functions simultaneously. Excellent interviewing, assessment, and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
