Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate, qualified, and experienced teacher to join our academic team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and comprehensive lessons in Technical Drawing, helping students develop strong practical and theoretical skills .
Key ResponsibilitiesCurriculum Delivery: Plan, develop, and implement dynamic lesson plans.
Instruction: Teach technical drawing principles.
Assessment: Evaluate student progress through tests, assignments, and projects; provide timely feedback and maintain accurate academic records .
Classroom Management: Foster a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment conducive to creativity and discipline.
Practical Application: Integrate hands-on projects, design-based learning, and computer-aided design (CAD) tools where applicable.
School Community: Participate in faculty meetings, professional development, extracurricular activities, and parent communication.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s Degree (B.Ed, B.Sc, or B.Tech) in Technical Drawing, Engineering, Industrial Technology. HND holders with relevant qualifications will also be considered .
Certification: Teaching qualification (PGDE or valid teaching license) is highly recommended .
Experience: 2 yearsof experience teaching Technical Drawing at the secondary school level .
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of engineering drawing conventions, drafting, and familiarity with CAD software is an advantage .
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, classroom management, and problem-solving skills.
