 Job Title: Waiter

Employment Type: Full-time Summary

We are a Hotel seeking a friendly, attentive, and efficient Waiter/Waitress to deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure guests have a memorable dining visit.

Greet guests warmly and present menus Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen Deliver food and drinks promptly and check on guests Upsell menu items and daily specials where appropriate Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized dining area Handle guest concerns with courtesy and resolve issues promptly Process payments and close out checks accurately Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation standards Collaborate with front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service.

Prior waitstaff or retail/service experience preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure Comfortable with point-of-sale systems and cash handling Team player with a positive attitude Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Physical ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays.
