A fast-growing QSR Operations company is seeking an experienced and result-driven Area Operations Manager to oversee multiple outlets and drive operational excellence.
ResponsibilitiesOversee the daily operations of multiple outlets.
Drive sales, profitability, cost control and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company policies and operating standards.
Coach, train and develop Outlet Managers and key team members.
Monitor customer service and ensure consistent brand standards across outlets.
Conduct outlet audits and regular performance reviews.
Analyse operational reports and implement improvement plans.
Work with other departments to achieve business goals.
RequirementsMinimum 5 years’ experience in QSR or retail operations, with at least 2 years in a multi-outlet management role.
Proven track record of driving sales and operational performance.
Strong leadership, problem-solving and people-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
SalaryN400,000 - N500,000 per month.
