Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Area/Regional Sales Manager (ASM/RSM) to drive sales growth and market expansion for our Lubricant Division across the Lagos region.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional lubricant sales targets.
Lead, coach, and manage the sales team.
Drive customer acquisition, retention, and business growth.
Manage key accounts, distributors, and lubricant dealers.
Develop new business opportunities and expand market penetration.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and sales performance.
Prepare sales forecasts and regular performance reports.
RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
8–12 years of sales experience, with proven ASM/RSM or territory management experience.
Must have direct sales experience in lubricants.
Strong knowledge of the lubricant market, products, distribution channels, and customers.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
Good knowledge of the Lagos market.
