We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Branch Manager
Location: Lagos
Key Responsibilities
Daily Operations: Oversee the smooth running of the kitchen, front-of-house, customer service, and security units.
Team Leadership: Supervise, schedule, and motivate branch staff to maintain high service standards and discipline.
Quality Control: Ensure strict compliance with hygiene, food safety, and food presentation guidelines.
Sales & Customer Relations: Drive branch profitability, handle customer feedback professionally, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Stock & Financial Oversight: Monitor daily stock levels, minimize wastage, and work closely with the accountant to track daily revenue.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: B.Sc or HND in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or any related field.
Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of active career experience in a management or supervisory role (hospitality or fast-food retail experience is highly preferred).
Proximity Hint: Candidates residing around Ojo LGA down to Badagry are strongly preferred and will be given priority consideration due to location proximity.
Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work well under pressure during peak dining hours.
SalaryN100,000 - N150,000 / month.
