Job Summary
They are seeking a creative and results-driven Brand & Marketing Associate to strengthen their brand presence, manage marketing activities, and support business growth.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition.
Manage social media platforms and create engaging content.
Develop and maintain a content calendar.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities.
Support promotional activities, partnerships, and brand initiatives.
Monitor marketing performance and provide insights for improvement.
Collaborate with the operations and business development teams on marketing initiatives.
RequirementsPossess a Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field with 1 – 3 years of experience in marketing, branding, digital marketing, or a related role.
Strong content creation and social media management skills.
Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
Proficiency in Canva and other relevant marketing tools.
Experience in logistics, transportation, or e-commerce is an advantage.
