Prospect for new clients and develop opportunities for service engagement
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
Present service offerings clearly and professionally to potential clients
Support the preparation of proposals, quotations, and client documentation
Conduct basic market and industry research to identify growth opportunities
Support negotiations and follow through on client onboarding processes
Maintain accurate client and opportunity records using CRM tools
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations
Support marketing and client engagement initiatives, including digital channels
RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any Social Science discipline with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in client-facing sales, business development, or service delivery roles
Experience within outsourcing, HR services, or professional services environments is an advantageStrong interpersonal and communication skills
Client-focused mindset with good relationship management abilityPersuasive presentation and proposal support skillsBasic understanding of outsourcing services and labour compliance requirements
Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple client engagementsFamiliarity with CRM systems, Basic digital marketing and social media engagement.
SalaryN250,000 - N300,000 monthly.
