Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth, build strategic partnerships, identify new business opportunities, and strengthen our market presence.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute business development and revenue growth strategies.
Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
Develop proposals, presentations, commercial offers, and partnership opportunities.
Drive sales pipelines, negotiations, and business closures.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of client commitments.
Track business development performance against agreed revenue targets and KPIs.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
3–5 years' experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or a related role.
Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to generate leads and convert opportunities into revenue.
Excellent communication, presentation, relationship-management, and analytical skills.
Highly proactive, target-driven, and results-oriented.
