Summary
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Officer to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, acquiring clients, building strategic partnerships, and increasing revenue.
The ideal candidate should have strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills, with the ability to generate leads and convert them into long-term business opportunities.
ResponsibilitiesIdentify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
Generate leads through networking, field visits, referrals, and direct outreach.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and negotiate business deals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular performance reports.
Represent the company professionally at meetings, networking events, and business engagements.
RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, Marketing, or Partnerships.
Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and achieve revenue targets.
Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
Self-motivated, commercially driven, and able to work independently.
SalaryN350,000 - N400,000 monthly.
