Job Summary
They are seeking a proactive and results driven Business Development Officer to drive business growth by identifying new clients, promoting our tax consulting services, and building lasting relationships with individuals and corporate organizations.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in business development, sales, or client relationship management, preferably within the financial, tax, or professional services sector.
Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and pursue new business opportunities for the firm's tax consulting services.
Develop and maintain relationships with corporate and individual clients.
Promote the company's tax advisory, tax compliance, audit support, and tax relief services.
Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
Generate qualified leads and convert them into long-term business relationships.
Collaborate with the technical team to develop tailored solutions for clients.
Conduct market research and monitor industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
Achieve agreed sales and revenue targets.
Prepare periodic business development and sales reports.
RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management.
Experience in tax consulting, financial services, professional services, or B2B sales is an added advantage.
Srong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build relationships and close business opportunities.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
SalaryN400,000 - N500,000 monthly.
