Job Summary
Our client requires the services of result-oriented professionals to grow with its team as a Business Transformation and Innovation Senior Analyst.
Primary Job Responsibilities [In Summary]
Support the development and execution of business transformation strategies and initiatives aligned with the organization’s strategic objectives.
Conduct business process reviews to identify inefficiencies, operational gaps, duplication, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
Analyze business processes, workflows, systems and performance data to identify opportunities for cost reduction, productivity improvement, automation and enhanced customer experience.
Develop business cases, feasibility assessments and recommendations for transformation and innovation initiatives.
Monitor the progress of transformation projects, track deliverables, identify risks and dependencies, and escalate issues requiring management attention.
Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and management presentations to communicate project status, business performance, benefits realisation and transformation outcomes.
Major Requirements
B.Sc. / HND in Finance, Accounting, Economics or any related discipline.
Minimum of four years’ relevant experience in strategic planning, consulting, business development or related fields.
Professional Certification is an added advantage.
Salary Range
N20,000,000 - N30,000,000 gross per month.
