Summary
We are seeking a customer-focused and articulate Call Centre Representative to handle customer enquiries, complaints, requests, and follow-ups while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound customer calls.
Respond to enquiries and resolve customer complaints professionally.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved.
Meet assigned customer service and call-handling targets.
Provide feedback on recurring customer concerns.
RequirementsOND, HND, or equivalent qualification.
1 - 2 years’ experience in call centre, customer service, telesales, or a related role.
Excellent communication and listening skills.
Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Basic computer literacy; CRM experience is an advantage.
