About the Role
We are looking for a creative and proactive Content Creator who can create engaging lifestyle and business content for a founder who runs multiple businesses.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable capturing everyday moments, business activities, events and behind-the-scenes content, turning them into engaging photos, videos, reels and stories that tell a consistent brand story.
Key ResponsibilitiesCreate daily content across the client's businesses and personal brand, including photos, short videos, reels, stories and captions.
Capture day-to-day moments, events, meetings, launches and behind-the-scenes activities.
Balance lifestyle and business content while maintaining the unique identity and tone of each business.
Plan and maintain a simple content calendar while remaining flexible to capture spontaneous activities.
Edit content promptly and ensure timely posting with engaging, natural captions.
Monitor content performance and make adjustments based on what works.
Manage and organise content files across the different businesses.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience creating content for a personal brand or business. A portfolio or sample pages is required.
Strong creativity and a good eye for visuals and storytelling.
Good short-form video skills, including shooting, editing and pacing.
Ability to switch between different businesses and content styles.
Reliable, self-driven and able to work independently without constant supervision.
Comfortable attending events, interacting with people and capturing moments as they happen.
Good writing skills for captions and scripts.
Nice to Have
Photography or videography skills.
Experience with Canva, CapCut or similar tools.
Experience managing or creating content for a founder's or executive's personal brand.
Additional Information:Occasional weekend availability may be required when the client has events requiring content coverage. Weekend work is not part of the regular weekly schedule.
Work Arrangement:On-site Days: Tuesday, Thursday and Friday
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Weekend Work: Occasional, depending on the client's event schedule
SalaryN120,000 per month.
