Job Summary
We are seeking a creative, proactive, and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow the organisation's online presence across various social media platforms.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing content strategies, creating engaging content, managing social media accounts, interacting with audiences, and implementing digital marketing activities that promote brand awareness and business growth.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement effective social media strategies to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
Manage the organisation's social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
Create, design, and publish engaging content, including graphics, videos, captions, reels, and promotional materials.
Develop and maintain a consistent content calendar to ensure regular posting across all platforms.
Monitor social media activities, respond to comments, messages, and customer enquiries promptly.
RequirementsMinimum of OND/HND or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience managing social media accounts for a business or organisation.
Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
Ability to create engaging graphics, videos, captions, and promotional content.
Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, or similar applications.
Good understanding of social media analytics, advertising, and audience engagement.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong creativity, organisation, and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Must be proactive, innovative, and familiar with current digital marketing trends.
A portfolio of previously managed social media accounts or content samples is an added advantage.
SalaryN80,000 - N100,000 monthly.
