Job Summary
As the Content Creator, you will be responsible for creating engaging content that strengthens the brand's visibility and showcases its lifestyle and real estate offerings across digital platforms.
ResponsibilitiesCreate engaging video, photo, and written content for social media platforms
Develop property and lifestyle content that drives audience engagement and brand awareness
Plan and execute content shoots, including property tours, reels, and promotional campaigns
Manage content calendars and ensure consistent publishing across platforms
Monitor content performance and use insights to improve engagement and reach.
RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is an advantage
2 - 3 years proven experience in content creation, preferably within real estate or lifestyle brands
Strong skills in video production, photography, editing, and social media content creation
Proficiency in tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms
Strong creativity, communication skills, and a portfolio demonstrating previous content work.
SalaryN300,000 - N400,000 monthly.
